Since I started writing for Medium last April, I’ve been at sea: What to post here? What to post there? How do I decide?
Experience is the best teacher.
I garner more “eyeballs” on Medium where my articles can be curated — selected by editors (the process, as explained on Medium) who then feature the piece in various ways.
But here is where my heart is, with readers who trust me enough to give me their emails and allow me to contact them whenever I post something new. I know most of my subscribers at this point in time. I certainly know the subscribers who leave comments regularly — you know who you are, and I’m grateful that you do!
Bearing this in mind, I’ve decided to reserve this space for more personal ruminations and Medium for “articles” — an in-depth exploration about a particular topic, a personal take on a bigger theme.
I appreciate your subscribing, and I hope you’ll keep in touch through your comments.
(If you’re new and happened to stumble on this post, you can subscribe here.)
In case you missed them… Below are “friend links” (meaning that you don’t have to subscribe to read them) for yesterday’s Medium pieces. It helps a lot if you “clap” for them and leave comments there as well:

Sounds like a good plan. I’m looking forward to reading on both platforms.

Glad you agree. I look forward to reading your comments in both places!

So glad you are keeping this going for all of us here and making this space more for those personal ruminations we love. Thank you!

No, thank YOU!
